On October 12, Scott Swett at the American Thinker reported that seven years ago(2004) Senator Barbara Boxer (D-CA) along with Representatives Raul Grijalva (D-AZ), Dennis Kucinich (D-OH) and Henry Waxman (D-CA) secured diplomatic courtesy letters that allowed anti-American Code Pink activists to travel to Fallujah, Iraq. The radicals traveled to Fallujah in late 2004 to donate $600,000 worth of humanitarian aid to the people who had just killed 51 Americans and wounded 560 more earlier that month. Operation Phantom Fury in Fallujah was the heaviest US urban combat since the Vietnam War.

They wrapped up the event at Senator Boxer’s California office, “singing her songs of thanks.”

Code Pink’s leaders had just returned from Fallujah, Iraq, where 51 Americans had been killed and 560 wounded in the US Marines’ heaviest urban combat since the Vietnam War. Code Pink delivered $600,000 in cash and supplies to the very insurgents the Marines had been fighting against - quite literally giving aid and comfort to America’s enemies in a time of war.

My conjecture( hopefully wrong) of CA Dem voter fraud in Nov elections, short version

A hypothetical conjecture( hopefully wrong) of LA Dem voter fraud in Nov elections

Look for Acorn-type activist groups to register fake ID illegal voters in LA's vast ghetto districts. There will be minimum 50,000, and perhaps as much as a 100,000 illegal/green card fraudulent votes dredged up from the murkey LA Barrios.

It is far easier to register fake ID Hispanic non-citizens to vote illegally than to use Chicago-style cemetary voter rolls. As the immigrant LA Hispanic population has long experience in using fake ID's, and a complete ready-made setup in LA for fake ID doc mills, transferring this know how over to LA voter registration fraud should be a piece of cake.

Look at what Nikki Diaz was able to pull off, using fraud ID docs to work in USA illegally for Whitman, and multiply this by several million illegals using exact same means to illegally work in CA. Forging fake vote registration docs would be far easier than forging fake green cards and using borrowed/stolen SS Nos.

Even if most of these fraudulent votes are actually thrown out we may still end up with 1000's of illegally cast votes by LA non-citizens in the final tally. We all know that the Dems have a history of using fraudulent vote tactics in dense inner city urban areas. LA City is overwhelmingly minority and Democrat. Since most of them depend on welfare freebies they will go to any lengths to defraud the electoral process to retain CA for the Dems, who are the party of welfare handouts to illegals and the lazy shiftless classes.

This IS not a preposterous scenario. I live in long beach(LA COUNTY) and when i go to vote the voter booth never asks me for voter or picture ID. I have just received my mail-in ballot and it looks rediculously easy for some clever fake doc forger to be able to forge/copy/reprint and use multiple fake signatures on mail-in ballots, esp as CA does not require proof of photo ID to vote.

The LA SEIU is the most powerful dominant vote-getting pressure group in CA/LA and they are making a massive concerted effort to register and get all Latinos to the polls. I can really picture them rounding up a few or maybe 1000's of non-citizen Hispanic immigrants( there are 1 million illegals and several million non-citizen green carders just in LA County). LOOK FOR FRAUDULENT ACORN/SEIU-TYPE VOTER FRAUD IN LA IF THE BROWN/WHITMAN AND BOXER/FIORINA VOTES ARE CLOSE, as they will undoubtedly be.

My prediction for both CA governor and Senate races will be that both will fall within margin of error(-/+ 3-4%)in voter polling results up to last week of campaign, and race may be decided by massive get-out the vote SEIU LA vote fraud.

Here is a short list of emerging Dem voter frauds with 2 weeks left till Nov 2 elections. Much of this vote fraud is committed by SEIU/activist voter canvassers in heavily minority/immigrant urban ghetto areas of major US cities largely controlled by Democrats. Here are the findings:

“Vacant lots had several voters registered on them. An eight-bed halfway house had more than 40 voters registered at its address,” Engelbrecht said. “We then decided to look at who was registering the voters."

"Their work paid off. Two weeks ago the Harris County voter registrar took their work and the findings of his own investigation and handed them over to both the Texas secretary of state’s office and the Harris County district attorney."

"Most of the findings focused on a group called Houston Votes, a voter registration group headed by Sean Caddle, who also worked for the Service Employees International Union before coming to Houston. Among the findings were that only 1,793 of the 25,000 registrations the group submitted appeared to be valid."

"The other registrations included one of a woman who registered six times in the same day; registrations of non-citizens; so many applications from one Houston Voters collector in one day that it was deemed to be beyond human capability; and 1,597 registrations that named the same person multiple times, often with different signatures. "

"Caddle told local newspapers that there “had been mistakes made,” and he said he had fired 30 workers for filing defective voter registration applications. He could not be reached for this article."

"The integrity of the voting rolls in Harris County, Texas, appears to be under an organized and systematic attack by the group operating under the name Houston Votes," the Harris voter registrar, Leo Vasquez, charged as he passed on the documentation to the district attorney. A spokesman for the DA's office declined to discuss the case. And a spokesman for Vasquez said that the DA has asked them to refrain from commenting on the case."

"The outcome of the efforts grew in importance the day after Vasquez made his announcement. On the morning of Aug. 27, a three-alarm fire destroyed almost all of Harris County’s voting machines, throwing the upcoming Nov. 2 election into turmoil. While the cause wasn’t determined, the $40 million blaze, according to press reports, means election officials will be focused on creating a whole new voting system in six weeks. Just how they do it will determine how vulnerable the process becomes."

Regarding the strong evidence of voter fraud in Houston, the organization accused of shady behavior, Houston Votes, is linked to a former head of an Obama campaign office. She is a fan of Che Guevara. Her name: Maria Isabel. This fan of Che Guevara and an Obama devotee is shown to have been involved (beginning as early as 2007) with the organization, 'Houston Votes', that stands credibly accused of rank voter fraud in 2008 elections.

It took two years for this rank voter fraud to come out, and even then the Houston Democratic city machine will likely bury it. Certainly the Obama DOJ voting rights division will not pursue this blatant voter fraud committed in a dense inner city, heavily minority neighborhood, and they will turn a blind eye to voting irregularities committed in minority-dominated voting districts.

Stephens defrauded a nonprofit organization called the Voter Improvement Project out of $52,000, which he used to launch his union reelection campaign. The nonprofit group was formed to do nonpartisan voter outreach by Miguel Contreras, the late head of the Los Angeles County Federation of Labor.'

'In a plea bargain, Stephens pleaded guilty to mail fraud and tax evasion for his failure to report the stolen money. At his sentencing, Stephens admitted for the first time that he used the money for his 2004 reelection effort, according to the U.S. attorney's office.'

'The Times reported in 2008 how top SEIU officers in California improperly spent tens of thousands of dollars and engaged in questionable financial dealings. "Hundreds of protestors marched along busy Avenue of the Stars midday, stopping at the corner of Constellation, near the Century Plaza building owned by J.P. Morgan Chase. The demonstrators are upset that 16 janitors were laid off from their jobs. "They're a multi-million dollar company and they're laying off the lowest-paid people in the building," said protestor Terri Green. "The people that clean up behind them. The people that take care of their events, that clean up behind their events, and we just don't think it's fair." In a show of support, dozens of other janitors at Century Plaza walked off the job."
"The SEIU United Service Workers West, the union representing the janitors, says it wants to sit down with J.P. Morgan Chase officials and work something out. "We understand that we're not going to be able to protect all our jobs but we're asking for is sit down and negotiate a reasonable solution," said United Service Workers West Vice President David Huerta. Yeah we really need more affordable housing in long beach. LB already has 1000's of section 8 apt dumps and foreclosed trashed out properties so adding more affordable low income housing would make little difference. After all LB is largely a marginalized community of welfare suckling illegals, gang bangers, section 8'ers, and all other assorted welfare leeching marginals, and the city has virtually no decent paying middle class supporting jobs so the only thing LB can do is pump affordable housing to add even more marginal folks to the already third world ghettoish cesspool which LB has largely descended into.

LB used to be called 'Iowa by the Sea'. We can now call it 'Ghetto by the Sea' or 'Oakland south.'

Greater LA basin region,including Long beach, is now predominantly minority, and the Dem 'progressives' based in northern CA know exactly how to play the fiddle with these minorities. why Dems need the welfare spigot to keep flowing to their Democrat voting constituents

LA county, which includes LB, has 3 million souls collecting welfare, and a huge impoverished population at or near poverty level. 90% of these welfare recipients are minority, most of them recent immigrants both legal and illegal, and you can add to that an equally huge impoverished anchor baby population . They know the hand that feeds them and will keep voting democrat like brain dead zombies as long as the welfare spigot keeps on coming from the bankrupt CA treasury. No problem getting the minority votes for the Dems.

Furthermore, it appears some of these "contracts" were decided during the boom years when taxpayers had jobs, loads of equity in their homes (or so they thought), and foreclosures were almost unheard of. Times have changed. It's time to nullify the pension "contracts". And also reduce salaries of government employees by 50 per cent."

Arnold Schwarzenegger's order a day earlier to pay 200,000 state workers the federal minimum of $7.25 an hour as the state wrestles with a budget crisis..

'The state controller, who cuts state paychecks, has refused to comply with the order. Friday's ruling affirms a lower-court decision in favor of the administration in a lawsuit filed two years ago after the governor's first attempt to impose the minimum wage. The latest ruling from the California 3rd District Court of Appeal in Sacramento concludes that state Controller John Chiang cannot ignore the minimum wage order from the state Department of Personnel Administration. It says "the DPA has the authority to direct the controller to defer salary payments in excess of federally mandated minimum wages when appropriations for the salaries are lacking due to a budget impasse....."

'But Chiang said in a news release that he interpreted the court ruling to mean that his office would not have to comply with the executive order if it was practically infeasible to do so. "I will move quickly to ask the courts to definitively resolve the issue of whether our current payroll system is capable of complying with the minimum wage order in a way that protects taxpayers from billions of dollars in fines and penalties," Chiang said in the statement.'

Chiang is a fr**kin liar for the State Public Unions: the states payroll system can indeed be updated fairly quickly and with minimum fuss. The leftist, liberal ,union- dominated progressives based up in Sacto/San Francisco pride themselves on making CA an environmentally progressive state with the strictest environmental regulations in the nation. All that does is cause businesses to leave the state and outsource to China,Mexico or to more business-friendly states.

Much of the CA Env legislation has caused massive loss of jobs thru outsourcing, mainly to China but also to,ironically, Mexico. Many of these dirty polluting jobs were done by recent immigrants, including illegals.

Two examples of CA job killing legislation:

An LA/LB port ruling requiring trucks to be upgraded to modern clean burning diesels caused the elimination/ retirement of 1000's of old junk semi's driven mainly by Latino immigrant truckers. Another env ruling to protect certain animal species has resulted in 1000's of poor central valley immigrant farm workers to be destitute and starving.

If nothing else the Republicans are the pro-business party. Latino's may want to reconsider their choice of party in light of the CA Dem far leftists creating an anti-business regulatory climate which results in loss of 1000's of factories, business's and jobs which are mainly worked by Hispanic laborers and blue collars.

The powerful environmental lobby here in CA has for several decades made it their goal to eliminate polluting industries, and have recently promoted green industries and jobs. They are complete hypocrites. Massive 3-decades influx of 5-10 million impoverished illegals into CA has resulted in the spread of vast ghettos in greater LA Basin region starting at LA DWTN and running clear out to the Inland empire and north all way to the impoverished high desert communities of Victorville and Lancaster. These ghettos are extremely polluted, with strewn garbage and wasted foreclosed properties, along with polluting black market businesses such as salvage yards and neighborhood mom and pop garages, which are neighborhood eyesore polluters.

preliminary look & analysis of the CA Governors race

I am looking closely at the CA 2010 elections for governor and am narrowing my choices to either Meg Whitman or Steve Poizner. Both are very pro-business and at least will attempt to make CA more business friendly. Steve has come out as the more conservative candidate and has taken a firm stand against illegal immgration,to his credit. This may however end up costing him the Hispanic vote which makes up 10 % of the registered voters, and also may cost him some independent voters.
Meg has carefully avoided taking bold stances at all, and has just kept to sprouting standard anti-tax, anti big-gov platitudes, which is typical for the front runner in any election, which she appears to be at this point. She appears to be a socially moderate, fiscally conservative Republican, more like Arnold our current gov though Meg appears to be smarter and a lot more savvy in organizational/business talents. She also has attacked her opponents vigorously with what some would call negative campaign ads, which is ok with me as this is how politics is played these days, and the far left Dems are well known for attack dog smear politics.,
As for the Democratic candidate Jerry Brown, I will oppose him vigorously as he is just a prescription for more Ca leftist/socialist anti-business policies and he will completely kow tow to the public sector unions, which he boosted to a role as political arbiter in CA politics.

I get the feeling that Meg will be the Repub candidate as she has more wider appeal toward the middle and has lined up most of the big backers. She will also get the benefit of big corporate megabucks spending which has become unleashed with the recent supreme court decision. If she does become Brown's opponent she will win because all Californians are sick of the liberal socialist failure of CA and it's careless spending and big tax hikes/looting of taxpayers and want a repub to oppose the tax happy spend and loot Dems who are now in control of CA.

I am almost a native California and my heart bleeds real bad. This great socialist state in which half the population is on the state dole is effectively BK. Too bad, I have no pity and ask for none. I don't depend on the state at all and am entirely self sufficient. I only ask that they provide a min degree of public safety such as policing and maintaining the public roads and parks. I did submit my annual car registration fee- small token to help with the budget.
Ca is such a huge parasitic socialist state with every ones hand in the state cookie jar via medi-caid, educational spending and welfare services that this budget mess should be impacting a large % of the population here.
I dislike this parasitic state organism for personal reasons but the effects of the state running out of funds to operate on a day to day basis are chilling. I think CA will get some bailout funds from Obama or pass some emergency bond measures to tide things over till at least summer. The state is well- known to just keep passing the buck AND patch over budget problems from quarter-to quarter or year- to- year.
