Rejection of California state worker furloughs is upheld

Rejection of California state worker furloughs is upheld

CA public unions think they are are impervious from layoffs, furloughs., and pay cuts. CA superior and district appeals court judges are in pockets of CA public unions. No surprise AS CA is run by and controlled by PEUs. They only maintain power because they are allied with the SoCal/LA Latino-labor coalition. The CA PEU's and their puppet CA state politicians allow illegals to overrun the state and steal 10 billion in benefits because they depend on Hispanic votes to keep power. That is why the LA County AFL-CIO sponsored & paid for 11 buses to go to AZ to support pro-illegal alien protesters. CA public unions are greedy, feel entitled, and run CA like a fiefdom, bleeding CA dry of tax $ and refusing to adjust their hrs, pay and benefits even by a little during the worst economic downturn since the great depression..

The CA State Public Employee Unions are a gigantic racketeering syndicate.

The racketeering syndicate known as the CA PEU's tentacles reaches into the Obama adm and congress. They are comparable to the Mexican cartel's reach and influence into the Mex gov both at state and fed level. One enforcement/revenue/ collection arm of the CA PEU's is the state CA Superior Court System, a fascist/ruthless set of roadside bandits who's traffic division is ruthlessly stealing and robbing law-abiding citizen drivers via traffic citation fees. At same time PD's and CA politicians allow 1/4 million illegals/ recent immigrants to drive with suspended or no drivers license/registration, no insurance, and allow illegals a free pass to roam all over SoCal without the power to detain and ask for immgration status and papers.

Here is just one example, reposted from another source, of the CA racketeering system which allows CA public employees to defraud the pension system and loot CA taxpayers.

"The LA Times has reported that Rizzo, the city manager of Bell, CA, was getting total compensation of 1.5 million per year, including 28 weeks of paid vacation and sick leave. His pension will be the highest in the state, approximately $600,000 per year! That is, if he manages to stay out of prison. We taxpayers do not owe lavish salaries and pensions to anybody. Their so-called "contracts" are not valid because the government employees who signed these "contracts" were planning to be beneficiaries themselves. Therefore they had an incentive to write the "contracts" in their favor, rather than in a way that was fair to the taxpayer. Furthermore, it appears some of these "contracts" were decided during the boom years when taxpayers had jobs, loads of equity in their homes (or so they thought), and foreclosures were almost unheard of. Times have changed. It's time to nullify the pension "contracts". And also reduce salaries of government employees by 50 per cent."
