'Rialto police officers had group sex with employees of the Spearmint Rhino Gentlemen's Club at the police narcotics office and the police union headquarters, according to a claim filed against the Inland Empire city....'

'Nancy Holtgreve, a server at the club, says that more than two officers engaged in sexual conduct with strip club employees, and that one officer used the department's narcotics office for sexual liaisons during the last two years. Her relationship with one officer soured when she got pregnant, she alleges, and the officer began threatening her....The claim filed Monday alleges that the behavior "fostered and perpetuated a culture of unwanted sexual harassment of females by male police officers."

Rialto is a degenerated slumzone located next to the impoverished hellhole of San Bernadino City. They obtained cheap homes in SB and Riverside Counties, using low cost liar loans, and when RE prices went south after 2007 the entire bubble collapsed , and entire region became a bombed out district of depressed property values filled with unruly minorites and immigrant illegals, as well as sullen underemployed native Californians who still called IE their home.

Now back to the topic of police romping with strippers in 3rd world Rialto. This relates to the larger topic of strip clubs proliferating all over SoCal, usually in depressed, rundown, de-zoned or semi-industrialized areas. Communities which act as sanctuary cities for illegals also are sanctuary/tenderloin zones for other semi-legal/shady/ marginal activities such as gaming dens, mall strip clubs, bikini bars, private gents clubs, massage parlors, marijuana smoke shops, ect. All these flourish in areas de-zoned & marginalized. LA region has lots of these deregulated tenderloin districts, a result of the massive influxes of illegals into the regions unincorporated areas, where government intrusion is non-existent, allowing illegals and shady club operations to flourish/fly under the Gov radar.
